Uresiphita polygonalis is a moth of the Crambidae family. It is found in the Pacific, including Hawaii and New Zealand.

The larvae feed on various plants, including Acacia koa and Sophora chrysophylla in Hawaii. They feed gregariously among webbed leaves.
